The law will establish uniform rules for the mandatory use of e-invoices in the business environment and increase control over the digital exchange of documents. <\/p><p><strong>The key objectives of the legislation are:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>simplification of business operations,<\/li><li>reduction of administrative costs,<\/li><li>greater security and transparency in the exchange of e-invoices<\/li><li>and alignment with European Union practices.<\/li><\/ul><p>With the law coming into effect, expected on <strong>January 1, 2028<\/strong>, all business entities will be required to exchange e-invoices in their mutual contractual relationships.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-34c2877d
